hows the eurol race going?
The rake race is a nice reliable $100 every month. It is too hard to cash higher unless you play really heavily, but it is pretty easy to get the $100. I would say you probably only need to rake $120-$140 to be sure of it.
It's especially nice when Euro run reload bonuses. I completed a $150 bonus last week. At the moment these run at 13x raked hands (.25 min rake) per dollar, which is not bad at all if you play limit. The only problem is that it's all-or-nothing (but you do get two months to complete). I have previously overestimated the number of hands I could play and lost a bonus.
Overall, I would say I am getting at least 100% rakeback equivalent from Euro.
